Further easing Covid-19 restrictions outside the containment zones, Unlock 5 guidelines were issued by Indian authorities on 30th September 2020. States and Union Territories in India can take a decision on whether to open schools from October 15. Cinemas and multiplexes will be allowed to open with 50 per cent capacity from the same date. The existing limits on outdoor gatherings have been removed while indoors gatherings will be allowed with 50 per cent capacity. These are among some of the new unlockdown guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on 30th September 2020.
